Pimobendan : 5mg

Treatment of congestive heart failure due to dilated cardiomyopathy or valve failure(mitral and tricuspid valve regurgitation)

Administer orally at 0.2-0.6 mg/kg until symptoms are relieved.

The recommended daily dose is 0.5 mg/kg (equivalent to 1 Pimobendan 5 mg tablet per 
10 kg). Divide into two doses (0.25 mg/kg), giving half a tablet in the morning and the other 
half 12 hours later. Pimobendan can be used with diuretics.
