GCVP’s quality system strictly manages all manufacturing and testing processes in accordance with KVGMP standards. Each stage of production, as well as the qualification of major equipment and instruments, is carefully controlled to ensure product integrity.
The Quality Department performs the following key functions:

Inspection of raw materials, intermediates, finished products, packaging materials, and labels

Review and approval of Specifications, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Master Batch Records (MBRs)
To ensure all employees perform GMP-related duties with professionalism, GCVP operates a structured training program. Quality documents are rigorously managed through a documentation system covering creation, approval, and storage. Regular internal audits and quality review meetings are conducted to continually enhance system efficiency.
Furthermore, through comprehensive quality assurance activities such as Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Quality Risk Analysis (QRA), supplier audits, and process management, GCVP faithfully adheres to KVGMP standards to deliver safe and high-quality veterinary medicines that customers can trust.
