Green Cross Veterinary Products Named No. 1 in the ‘Animal Pharmaceuticals’ Category at the 2023 Koreans’ Favorite Brand Awards

Green Cross Veterinary Products Co., Ltd. (GCVP) announced that it was honored with first place in the “Animal Pharmaceuticals” category at the 2023 Koreans’ Favorite Brand Awards, hosted by the Kukmin Ilbo at the National Assembly Members’ Office Building on the 28th.

GCVP has led the localization of animal pharmaceuticals in a market long dominated by imported products. The company has achieved significant milestones, including the world’s first canine influenza vaccine (H3N2 type), the world’s first patent for a tulathromycin formulation for dogs, and Korea’s first manufacturing approvals for fipronil, moxidectin, and pimobendan for companion animals.

Founded in 1973, GCVP celebrates its 50th anniversary this year, marking half a century of leadership in Korea’s animal bio-health industry. The company stated,
